Preparing the Samdo nursery: 20,000 trees to be planted this summer

These last 2 days in Samagaun, half of the Samdo community has come to collect mud to prepare for the future planting of 20,000 trees in the Samdo nursery this summer.
Earth was filtered and then loaded on mules to be taken back to Samdo this afternoon. Congratulations to the village’s Community Forest User Group (CFUG) for their efforts in making the future green in Samdo!
